SMS Communication & Consent Information
GoGrab Space collects explicit, informed consent from end users before sending any SMS or text messages. Consent is obtained during the account registration process on our platform.
Use this exact URL in campaign opt-in descriptions and when verifying the signup form (TCR reviewers should open this link):
https://app.gograb.space/auth/registerImportant: The signup form is at /auth/register, not /register. The path /register is not the registration page and may not show the form.
User begins account registration at https://app.gograb.space/auth/register and fills in their details. The phone number field is optional.
When a phone number is entered, the dedicated SMS consent checkbox becomes enabled. Until then, the checkbox stays disabled so users cannot opt in without a number on file.
The user must actively check the SMS consent checkbox to proceed. The "Launch My Space" button remains disabled until the SMS consent checkbox is checked (when phone is provided). The checkbox is not pre-checked.
Upon submission, consent is recorded with a timestamp and the user's IP address in our database for audit purposes.
