How Users Consent to Receive SMS Messages

GoGrab Space collects explicit, informed consent from end users before sending any SMS or text messages. Consent is obtained during the account registration process on our platform.

Opt-In Flow: Step by Step

User begins account registration at app.gograb.space/auth/register and fills in their details. The phone number field is optional.

When a phone number is entered, a dedicated SMS consent checkbox appears in the form. This checkbox is disabled until a phone number is provided.

The user must actively check the SMS consent checkbox to proceed. The "Launch My Space" button remains disabled until the SMS consent checkbox is checked (when phone is provided). The checkbox is not pre-checked.

Upon submission, consent is recorded with a timestamp and the user's IP address in our database for audit purposes.

Registration Form

Below is the account creation form as it appears to users who provide a phone number. The SMS consent checkbox appears when a phone number is entered.

Conditional behavior: The SMS consent section only appears when the user enters a phone number. If the phone field is left empty, the SMS checkbox is not shown and no SMS consent is collected — the user simply will not receive any SMS messages.

Key detail: When a phone number is provided, the SMS consent checkbox is mandatory. The "Launch My Space" button remains disabled until the user explicitly checks the SMS consent box. Consent is recorded with a timestamp and the user's IP address in our database.

Transactional

GoGrab Space: Your appointment has been scheduled for tomorrow at 3:00 PM. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out of messages.

Promotional

GoGrab Space: We just launched a new scheduling feature! Try it now at https://app.gograb.space/schedule. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe.

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typically 1–5 messages per month.
